Abba is the Founder and Chief Executive at Apex Alliance Global Vision, with two decades experience in the Finance sector both locally and internationally, Abba has worked with Helios Investment Partners, London and has delivered services to several leading banks in Nigeria. Abba also serves on the boards of a fast-growing beverage and plastics manufacturing company, Adama Beverages and Adama Plasts respectively. He also serves on the board of Rico Gado Nutrition, an Animal Feed Company based out of Yola and led the acquisition of Food Merchants International Investments Limited which holds the master franchise rights for Nigeria of Chicken Cottage UK – a fast-growing UK halal fast food chain. Abba is a graduate of BCU in UK, and received an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain
Muntaqa has over 15 years of impact investing, energy financing, policy and consulting experience in the energy sector, including as Head of the Energy Transition Office in Nigeria, Powering Healthcare Advisor for the development of a ‘Powering Healthcare Roadmap’ in Nigeria ( SEforAll), Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley, Energy and Healthcare PPP Adviser to the Rural Electrification Agency in Nigeria, , inaugural CEO of the Private Sector Alliance of Nigeria, the Lead Consultant, Private Sector Engagement in the World Bank, Senior Technical Advisor to the Honourable Minister in Nigeria, amongst others.
He commenced his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the U.K where he focused on the Healthcare and Oil and Gas sectors.
Muntaqa is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, England, where he did an M.Phil in Bioscience Enterprise and undertook an MBBS / Medical sciences degree at Imperial College School of Medicine, London. Muntaqa is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA) and was honoured as a 2016 World Economic Forum (WEF ) Young Global Leader (YGL) and selected as a 2018 Eisenhower Innovation Fellow

The company is involved in the mine-to-market gold value chain in Nigeria and mineral value chain development. It has pioneered several gold initiatives including Sanu, a digital platform for gold and silver access online. The company is actively dedicated to developing the West African gold value chain.
Hadiza is an Energy professional, she has over fifteen years’ private and public sector experience in the Power and Oil & Gas space with strategic roles at Foster Wheeler UK, NBET and DPR. She is a founding partner at GasDev Infrastructure Solutions Ltd an enterprise with focus on gas infrastructure development to support Nigeria's pathway to net-zero emissions. Hadiza is also the founder of Kabara.
